Alis is a science communications professional with over 12 years of experience crafting and implementing strategies for food and security, environment, academia and the media.

She has a Master's in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

With her husband and 4 dogs, she enjoys the outdoors and spends weekends off-road in the national parks of Uganda.

Her secret talent is whistling.
Allylah is a seasoned communications and development strategist with over 10 years of experience crafting compelling narratives that drive social and behaviour change, influence policy, and promote health equity.
Her expertise spans global health communication, research translation, advocacy, event management, and media relations.

Beyond her professional work, Allylah is a passionate hope peddler, mentor and grassroots change-maker.

Antony is a data scientist with a master’s degree in meteorology. He brings over a decade of experience in climate change, early warning systems, disaster risk reduction, and environmental analysis.
His work emphasises data preparation, visualisation, management, and optimising data processing and analysis.
Antony is an AI guru currently developing an AI-powered tool to harness analytics and tackle climate fragility while proactively improving the resilience of food systems and sustainable agriculture.

Ben is the ultimate storytelling Swiss army knife! With 15+ years in the game, Ben blends creativity and strategy to craft content that captivates and informs.

From script to screen, he wears many hats: documentary producer, cameraperson, scriptwriter, video editor, and photographer.

Miriam Ogutu is a dynamic media and communications expert.
She has experience in journalism, strategic communication, advocacy, and content creation.
Her background is in news anchoring, program production, and media strategy, with a strong focus on amplifying underrepresented voices.
Her academic grounding in International Studies with a specialisation in Security and journalism enables her to combine policy analysis with impactful storytelling to drive meaningful conversations on diplomacy, governance, security, and human rights.

She thinks in episodes: catch the latest on her YouTube channel, The Diary of A Pan-African.
Franziska is a community person. She analyzes communities and their needs. And is particularly interested in supporting and facilitating change processes in groups and organisations.
Her training as an intercultural trainer at the University of Jena combined with more than 10 years of experience in Africa, Europe and Latin America gives her a special feeling for intercultural communication. As a systemic coach and change manager (University of Cologne) she brings the patience to perceive her counterparts holistically and to ask the "right questions".
Franziska lives with her husband and two children in Uganda and loves creating new recipes for their restaurant.
She can ride a unicycle – but does it far too rarely.
