Antony is a data scientist with a master's degree in meteorology. He brings over a decade of experience in climate change, early warning systems, disaster risk reduction, and environmental analysis. His work emphasises data preparation, visualisation, management, and optimising data processing and analysis.​

Franziska is a community person. She analyzes communities and their needs. And is particularly interested in supporting and facilitating change processes in groups and organisations. Her training as an intercultural trainer at the University of Jena, combined with more than 10 years of experience in Africa, Europe, and Latin America, gives her a special feeling for intercultural communication. 4s a systemic coach and change manager (University of Cologne), she brings the patience to perceive her counterparts holistically and to ask the "right questions".
